Live-streaming e-commerce is growing rapidly.  It’s estimated to already be
$60 billion annually.   


Sales from live streams are expected to grow more than
100% in 2020 vs. 2019 to almost 9% of all online retail sales
It has been driven by Gen-Z and Millennials.





For who is this done?


“Streamerce” App – a B2B service for the owners of E-commerce websites, implemented as integration for online stores on which popular bloggers and Influencers create video-streams and sell products from the current online store.

Core user flow


Formation of the core user flow helped determine main user activity and tasks. After interviewing the subjects, I synthesized the research, mapped out the user journey, and added streams for pain points, data points, and opportunities.
